In the last five months, we have put in $7000 worth of upgrades for this studio. The upgrades include a separate brand-new air conditioner and heater that has a remote and a downable app. A fence put around to make a personal patio and yard that will be your own. The fence will have privacy grass panels all the way around so your dog, if you bring one, cannot see my dogs, and you will have some privacy on your patio. The fence is 6 feet in some areas and 4 feet in others. I put in a new bistro table and chairs inside the studio and in your personal patio area. I also put-up solar patio lights that come with a remote. We just finished putting in the artificial grass, new entry gate and redone the bathtub.

The rent includes HOUSEKEEING TWICE A MONTH NOT WEEKLY. I was unable to change it to the correct amount.

A studio with black out blinds with a kitchenette. We live in a very safe area of Southwest Austin. We live on 1.3 acres of land with a large pool and covered patio. Your studio is on the opposite side of the house away from all the other rooms. There is a private entrance through sliding glass doors that also go out to the pool along with a door into a small hall to the washer and dryer room and then another door into the main area of the house. In the Country Chic studio, you will have a recliner, TV, Desk, a new full-size refrigerator, dishes, a new stove top griddle/pan and separate pot, a microwave-air fryer-convention oven combo, personal Keurig coffee maker. a large dresser, two nightstands, full-length mirror, walk in closet, with storage. Your own air conditioner/heater with remote and smart app. You also have access to the common area if you really need it and to the exercise equipment with the Ifit membership. (The gym room is limited due to it also being the office but there is one exercise equipment in the main house area that will kick your butt.) We have a large pool at your disposal. We do have three dogs, two small and one large. You can bring your dog but must keep dog with you when you are at home. I am more than willing to walk your dog when you are at work, if I am off. We have grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We are also close to wineries, breweries and distilleries, if that is your thing. Our neighborhood is quiet with lots of deer roaming the streets and yards. We are 15 minutes to Zilker park.

A background check is done at tenant’s expense, about $45. (The background company contacts you directly)

Deposit due at time of signing the lease. Rent and non-refundable cleaning fee is due on day of move in. Pet fee is due at the day of move in. Half of the pet fee is refundable, but I was unable to list it that way. The deposit to hold is refundable after your stay minus anything that needs to be repaired or replaced. If you cancel the lease less than seven days prior to arrival, then it is nonrefundable.
