Our property is a 2-family home that is located in Wingate Gardens. It is 1 block from Wingate High School, Wingate Park, and its Track and field. The apartment for rent is on the 2nd floor of our home. It has a nicely renovated kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms with glass closet doors. The entire apartment has solid hardwood parquet floors.
The living room has an air conditioner for use in the summer, two grey loveseats, a TV, and a desk for workspace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and a microwave. There is a glass-top table with 4 chairs. The available apartment is about 3 to 4 blocks away from Downstate Hospital, and Kings County Hospital. Kings Brook Jewish Hospital and Suzanne Mc Kinney Rehabilitation Center are also close by.
For your convenience, there are groceries, bakeries, and restaurants from various Caribbean, Latin American, Asian, African, and European Countries. Churches, Synagogues, Museums, and Libraries are also within walking distance and a short drive.
For security, we have front and back property security cameras. They operate 24/7. Also, the apartment is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The kitchen has a fire extinguisher, as well.
