This apartment is in a vibrant, trendy and safe neighborhood with a lot of places to eat, coffee shops, and bars. Since the apartment is on the third floor, you will not hear all the city life but when you are ready to enjoy NYC life, you can go downstairs and be close to anything. There are multiple train lines a few blocks from the apartment that will take anywhere you need to go. This location is very close to Manhattan, only 4 stops (10 minutes) and you are in Manhattan. Free street parking. I do not charge deposit for healthcare workers as long as they provide contract showing they are on assignment. You will have a spacious quite room with your own desk and chair and private bathroom. There is 43in. TV is connected to WiFi in your room, & 65 in TV in the living room connected to the Wifi as well. Kitchen fully equipped with Keurig and other coffee machines as well. It is a coffee household 🙂 Also equipped with dishwasher and place to sit and eat. Pantry closet in living room area, and closet space in private room.
