Property Description

This is a pet-friendly and newly remodeled modern 3-bedroom house w/ full stocked amenities and all new TVs, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher/washer, dishwasher. It locates in a quiet and safe residential area with restaurants, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Also, it has 1 gig internet and nice desk to get your work done while enjoy little family getaway.

Please be advised, that there is a train track near the community but you can slightly hear it inside the house.

This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep your volume low at night, especially between 10pm – 5am to respect communicate.

We do provide most of cookwares but since for the safety reason, we only provide salt, pepper, oil, foil, plastic wrap, baking sheets, and baking papers. For extra seasoning or needed things, you can purchase at a nearby local grocery store – heb.

For the security purpose, we do have cameras on the ringbell, front yard, above the garage, and back yard.

In order to prevent AC burnt out during your stay, AC temperature will be set between the range of 70-78 degrees.
