It is connected to my newly built home where me and my husband rent a room to travelers as well! I am naturally a quiet person and believe in respecting the privacy of tenants. The driveway leads directly to your door and the unit comes fully stocked with starter supplies.

Inside you’ll have full control of AC/heating, remote controlled 3 speed celling fan with dimmable lighting, a queen sized bed with luxury hypoallergenic sheets, comfortable full sized futon with an extra thick mattress for sitting or sleeping, 50 inch smart TV, small walk in closet with shelf and hangers, and colorful epoxy resin dresser for ample storage.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, ice maker, air fry oven, double burner set, microwave, and apartment sized refrigerator for all of your cooking needs.

The bathroom has Egyptian cotton towels and removable shower head. The shower area is separate from the toilet and sink area, meaning that they are two separate rooms within your apartment. This makes sharing a bit easier.

Neighborhood: The Cedars neighborhood is soon to be one of the hottest areas in Dallas! Centrally located older neighborhood with new homes being built throughout. Neighbors are older and polite.
