Travalisting provides a list of properties along with the property owners contact information for the renters to review and reach a lease agreement. 

Yes, you can report a property owner by sending an email to via [email protected]. We take these matters seriously, as we aim to respond to your issue promptly and contact the owner when necessary.

All property owners will provide their contact information (e.g. phone no., email) on their property listing and you can chat with them through the Travalisting platform.

To search for properties, simply enter your desired location, dates, and other relevant filters, such as the number of bedrooms, amenities, or price range. The platform will display available properties meeting your criteria. You can further refine your search based on specific preferences.

 Our platform offers a diverse range of properties, including furnished apartments, condos, houses, and townhomes suitable for medium-term stays. These properties are carefully curated to meet the needs of business travelers, corporate housing, and students, ensuring comfortable and convenient living environments.

Yes, the majority of properties listed on our platform are fully furnished, providing you with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Furnishings typically include essential appliances, furniture, kitchenware, and utilities. Detailed information about the available furnishings can be found on each property listing.

Once you have found a suitable property, you can initiate the booking process by selecting the booking icon designated on the property listing or contact the owner directly via email or text. 

In most cases, utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are included in the rental cost. However, it is advisable to review the property listing or contact the property owner/manager to confirm the specific utilities included in the rental agreement.

Depending on availability and the property owner’s policies or terms delineated in the lease agreement, you may be able to extend your stay. It is recommended to contact the property owner or manager as early as possible to discuss the extension request and any associated costs.

 If you encounter any issues during your stay, such as maintenance problems or concerns with the property, it is important to contact the property owner or manager immediately. They will provide assistance and work to resolve the issue promptly. If necessary, the platform’s customer support team can also be contacted for further assistance.

Yes and No. Depending on your traveler’s needs, which may vary such as: the distance between your property and a particular city, airport, hospital, available public transportation, etc.

Traveling with pets is extremely popular. We encourage you to charge a pet deposit. However, you do not have to accept pets to list your property.

According to our T&Cs, you will be able to instantly list your property upon completion of our application. You give us the right to conduct a background check, once you become a Travalisting member.



$99 – residential homes

$199 – Commercial real estate

Listing Fees are non-refundable, once payment is submitted. Each listing is subject to automatic renewal after a 12 month period, unless the owner decides to opt-out of automatic renewal via account settings.  

Please note that this general refund policy serves as a guideline, and it is recommended that you consult your agreement and any specific terms and conditions provided by TRAVALISTING to ensure accuracy and alignment with your individual circumstances.
